The Division of Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) supports and advocates for the wellbeing of infants, mothers, fathers, children, and adolescents, and their families in Los Angeles County.

Mission
All pregnant and postpartum people in Los Angeles County receive enhanced perinatal health services through an integrated system designed to optimize maternal and child health outcomes.
